Ljubljana, 19 November - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel on Monday congratulated Hashim Thaci, the leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), on his party's success in Saturday's parliamentary election in Kosovo, underscoring the need for cooperation among all people living in this multi-ethnic province.
