Positions on Confidence Vote Split Along Party Lines

Ljubljana, 19 November - The positions of parliamentary parties on the vote of confidence for the government of prime Minister Janez Jansa are split firmly along party lines, with the coalition deputy groups endorsing Jansa's opinion and the opposition decrying the prime minister's arguments as unfounded.
