Triglav Acquires 70% of Leading Macedonian Insurer
Ljubljana/Skopje, 20 November - Zavarovalnica Triglav, Slovenia's largest insurance company, has acquired 70.36% in Skopje-based insurer Vardar Osiguruvanje in a deal reported to be valued around EUR 23m.
