Avtotehna Acquires Swaty

Ljubljana, 20 November - Conglomerate Avtotehna acquired a little over 73% of Swaty, a Maribor-based grinding wheel manufacturer, as part of the public bid that closed on Tuesday. Considering the price of EUR 57 per share, Avtotehna paid EUR 12m for the stake.
