Slovenia to Join Initiative to Express Commitment to EU Symbols

Ljubljana, 22 November - The government decided on Thursday that Slovenia would join seven countries in expressing commitment to the symbols of the EU. Germany, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia will sign a joint statement on the sidelines of the EU summit in Lisbon on 13 December, the Government Communication Office said in a press release.
