Klagenfurt, 27 November - Reginald Vospernik, an official of the main Slovenian minority organisation in Austria's Carinthia, has received a high Austrian state decoration for his work as headmaster of the Slovenian secondary school in Klagenfurt, which he headed between 1978 and 2000.
