Delo: Russia Headed for State of Emergency

Ljubljana, 3 December - While Delo is not surprised by the outcome of the Russian parliamentary vote and says the victory of the United Russia party and President Vladimir Putin is uncontested, it nevertheless believes the country is nearing a state of emergency.
