Capital Increase at Mladina Completed

Ljubljana, 4 December - Italian financial firm KB1909 became on Monday the owner of 39.8% of publisher Mladina through its subsidiary Transmedia, completing an EUR 955,000 supply of fresh capital to the publisher of political weekly Mladina and computer magazine Monitor.
