Panel: New Treaty to Bring EU More Democratic Legitimacy

Ljubljana, 5 December - The Lisbon Treaty, which the EU leaders agreed on in October, will make the EU more effective, while it will also strengthen its democratic responsibility and the rule of law, according to a panel hosted by the parliament on Tuesday.
