Weekly Review of Slovene Economy from 6 February to 10 February

Ljubljana, 12 February - Slovene government decided, at their Thursday's session, to shift the deadline for investment of certificates to 31 December 1995. There are several reasons for this postponement: the Agency for Ownership Transformation and Privatization is proceeding programmes of ownership transformation for 826 companies, which implies these companies will not have finished the privatization process sooner than at the end of 1995. Moreover, there are many companies which are not expected to finish the privatization in 1995.
