Vecer Says Kosovo Not Ready for Independence

Maribor, 8 December - Daily Vecer says on Saturday that regardless of the outcome of the announced declaration of the independence of Kosovo, 17,000 NATO soldiers will stay there as Kosovo is not ready yet to carry the burden of independence and because this will benefit the stability of the Western Balkans.
