Non-Parliamentary AS Decides to Join Zares

Ljubljana, 8 December - Delegates at an assembly of the non-parliamentary Active Slovenia (AS) party confirmed a merger with the parliamentary Zares party. The decision gives the left-leaning Zares full rights to the name, logo and property of AS. AS leader Franci Kek welcomed the decision, saying that the party had been running out of steam.
