NKBM Shares Hit Stock Market

Ljubljana, 10 December - Nova kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM) floated its shares on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Monday morning as part of the partial privatisation of Slovenia's second largest bank. The initial deals were struck at EUR 37, which is EUR 10 above the price at which some 49% stake was subscribed at by small shareholders and institutional investors in IPO.
