Večer: If Parliament Becomes School's Stepmother

In the beginning of the school year the public expects either a revolution or an affair. According to the Minister of Education, neither will happen this year; the school year should be marked by an atmosphere of patience and studiousness. However, in both elementary and secondary education there are many slight but significant novelties, writes Zdenko Kodrič in today's Večer.
