Slovenec: Managers Are Slow to Adapt

The Slovenian problem of a sub-capitalized economy can be solved by a professional managerial staff, not by capital, was one of the conclusions of several strategy makers involved in Slovenian economic development. This statement is based on the evaluations of an inefficient and too slow rehabilitation of "East" German economy which could practically dispose of all "West" German capital, writes Tomaž Gašperlin in today's Slovenec.
