Delo: Weariness...

Ljubljana, 7 September - When the crisis lasts too long, one gets weary. Signs of the weariness of the international community are felt also in the Yugoslav case, and the resolution of the Bosnian crisis depends more and more on "participants on the terrain," says Stane Ivanc in today's delo.
That is why the invitation was sent by Vance and Owen to all state leaders from the former SFRY to come to Geneva - not to talk about peace but to renew humanitarian flights. The "Yugoslavian" people will have to come to their senses, since foreigners will not "pull our chestnuts out of the fire". We can join Europe and the world only with European manners, points out the author.
