Delo: Pressed for Time

Ljubljana, 8 September - Nothing is new about this year's elections, even after the last session of the Constitutional Committee just before the beginning of the Parliament's autumn sessions when the delegates will decide on electoral laws. The opinion of the majority of the Constitutional Committee has not changed - it is not contrary to the referendum, but for its enactment all procedures determined by the old and still valuable Law on Referendums have to be respected, writes Jana Taškar in today's Delo.
