In September pupils are returning to school and delegates to their seats. This autumn is expected to be especially hot - by the end of this year the State Chamber and the State Council, which will be part of the modern democratic Slovenian Parliament, have to be elected, writes Anton Stres in today's edition of the weekly Družina.
