Slovenec: In the Time of Summing Up Electoral Interests

Ljubljana, 9 September - It is obvious that without a new round of attempts to accept the proposed electoral laws, the Parliament will not be able to provide normal electoral campaigns by the expiration of the constitutional term. The Law on the Survey of Voting Rights is also uncertain. Furthermore, even if all the electoral legislation were accepted, there is a time limit to its enactment. The pre-electoral period will thus be marked by an extraordinary atmosphere, writes Janez Markes in today's Slovenec.
