Delo: Elections To Be Held

Ljubljana, 11 September - The Laws on Elections to the State Assembly, to the State Council, and of the President of the Republic of Slovenia are the foundation upon which future elections rest; but there are also some other electoral laws that must be passed- at least three of them are necessary for the electoral process. A basic agreement among the parties has been reached, so there should be no more major difficulties except some disputes on "dirty details" which will certainly break out in the Parliament, writes Marko Pečauer in today's Daily Topic column in Delo.
