Are Slovenian consumers too fastidious because they don't like the new regulations on working hours which limit shop hours to 8 p.m., asks Roža Erman in today's Dnevnik. No afternoon and evening shop duties would be allowed except in special cases; Sunday duties would be strictly forbidden.
