Delo: Dictatorship of Parties?

The destiny of a controversial and disreputable Law on the Electoral Campaign, which introduces some undemocratic elements into our pre-electoral contests, should be clarified when the Assembly's Socio-political Chamber discusses this law. It already seems that this law, formed incidentally by Minister of Information Jelko Kacin and his colleagues, will become a matter of political dispute for parliamentary parties, rather than a conviction that public media should not be influenced, writes Vinko Vasle in today's Delo.
