Ljubljana, 19 September - Washington's conclusion to refuse hospitality to Belgrade and to clearly inform the ZRJ Government that it can not be the exclusive sucessor to the former SFRJ, undoubtedly shows who is in a worse position in succession discussions, writes Mitja Mersol, in today's Delo.
