Delo: A Different UNO

Ljubljana, 21 September - The 47th General Assembly session will be a momentous occasion for us: for the first time in Slovenia's history our representative will appear before the Assembly. From a global perspective it is memorable because it is the first time the session will be held in a new political atmosphere- i.e., one without a cold war and bipolar world division, writes Mitja Meršol in the Topic of the Day Column.
