Ljubljana, 22 September - The decision of the five permanent members of the Security Council, to allow Mr.Panić to make a speech at the General Assembly, incontestably undermined the UNO's firm determination to eliminate the so-called "third" Yugoslavia from the UNO. There is another possible senario: "Yugoslavia" would be pushed near to the exit and not completely eliminated, so that Panić would be unfettered in his struggle against Milošević. The door to the entral assembly room would thus always remain open to the new "Panić ZRJ," writes Milan Predan.
