Ljubljana, 27 September - The Law on Electoral Campaign was connected with troubles from the very beginning, especially the part which concerns the roll of public media during the campaign period. Even the decisive people are confused about it. The latest events are confirming a complete conceptual disorder in this field, says Marko Pečauer.
