Ljubljana, 1 October - The Slovene-Croatian governmental summit didn't improve mutual relations. The agreement on payment operations and the balance which passed without problems, is the minimum of a good understanding between the two states, but it can soon become senseless due to all other unsettled important questions. The majority of problems remain unsolved, points out Boris Jaušovec.
