European Nature Conservation Year: Kučan receives Pavan and Opens Ceremony

President Milan Kučan received Wednesday in Ljubljana Mario Pavan, President of the Organization Committee for the European Nature Conservation Year, and gave a speech at the opening ceremony on the occasion of the symbolic beginning of the European Nature Conservation Year in Slovenia at the Cekin castle in Ljubljana.
