Peterle: The coalition treaty should be something official and the program binding

Ljubljana, 5 January - After having held talks with the Liberal Democratic Party (LDS), the Slovenian Christian Democratic Party (SKD) is convinced that there are no fundamental differencies among the parties' view points on how to solve the crisis. The coalition draft that was sent by Dr. Janez Drnovšek to the SKD and to five other parliamentary parties, represents a different approach from that of the SKD as far as the formation of the new Slovene government is concerned. This was reported at today's press conference by the President of the SKD, Mr. Lojze Peterle.
