Večer: Price of a Mandate

Ljubljana, 8 January - The State Chamber will probably confirm the decision of the President of the Republic of Slovenia concerning the mandatary of the new Government. Formally, Dr. Janez Drnovšek has been appointed to this position. The problem with this is that he is the leader of the winning party of the elections. He might change his temporary governing post into a lasting position, and form a majority coalition, writes Stane Pučko in today's Večer.
