Delo: Prime Minister in front of a great Coalition

Ljubljana, 13 January - Slovenia has a new Prime Minister and a new Law on Government. Whether or not the new law can realize a constitutional base or a new government in a parliamentary democracy, or keep the inertia of the previous executive council behind the formally reduced number of ministers, will he demonstrated after some time, writes Jana Taškar in today's Topic of the Day column.
