Mr. Rupel's Speech at the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons

Paris, 14 January - Mr. Dimitrij Rupel, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, who left for Paris yesterday to sign the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction, expressed his support to the Convention today.
