Expert assistance from Council of Europe in preparation of law on local self-government

Ljubljana, 21 January - A two-day meeting of Slovenian experts on local self-government and experts of the Council of Europe in the same field got underway in Ljubljana. During a survey of individual chapters of the draft of the Slovenian Law on Local Self-Government, which should soon be submitted to legal procedures, CE experts will pass on their comments and proposals with regard with to individual provisions of this law.
