Večer: Effective First Step

Ljubljana, 27 January - What happened at the third session of the National Assembly would have been unthinkable under the previous parliamentary system. In one session the deputies passed a number of laws which will have significant impact on the future development of Slovenia, without too much conflict between the opposition and the ruling parties, writes Nikola Šoštarič in today's Večer.
