Law on Agricultural Land and Forest Fund passed

Ljubljana, 27 January - Deputies to the National Assembly passed the Law on the Agricultural land and Forest Fund at today's session. This is a law determining the implementation of basic ownership laws. With the passing of this law it will be possible to realise in its entirety Article 27 of the Law on Denationalisation, which envisages that the fund grants certificates recognising the rights of those eligible to denationalised assets, and who cannot - or do not wish to - receive their land back as such.
