Two medals to Slovenia at start of Bormio Games

Bormio, 27 January - On the first day of the sixth Alps-Adriatic Winter Games, in which sixteen teams from regions in Slovenia, Switzerland, Hungary, Germany and Italy are participating with 510 young sports men and women, the Slovenian squad took two medals: the speed skater Tanja Zelenc (TK Logatec) won second place in spite of some poor luck (two faults), while Andreja Mali (TSK JUB Doi) came third in the 7.5 kilometres race.'
