Slovenia Among EU States with Smallest Regional Differences
Ljubljana, 10 December - Gross domestic product (GDP) per capita in 2005 ranged from 67% of the Slovenian average in Pomurska region in the east to 144% in central Slovenia, but compared to the EU27 average, Slovenia is among the states with the smallest regional differences, according to the national Statistics Office.
