Adriatic Slovenica Decides to Squeeze Out Small Shareholders

Ljubljana, 10 December - Shareholders of Slovenia's second largest insurer, Zavarovalnica Adriatic Slovenica, endorsed on Monday the proposal of KD Holding to squeeze out minority shareholders. The financial firm owns a 95.72% stake in Adriatic Slovenica and is offering to pay EUR 21 per share for the remaining stake.
