Dnevnik Says Well-Being of Kosovo Serbians in Albanian Hands

Ljubljana, 11 December - Claiming on Tuesday that the recognition of Kosovo's independence is now only a matter of bureaucratic procedures, daily Dnevnik says that with independence the Kosovo Albanians will also take upon them the responsibility for the well-being of the Serbian population in the region.
