Commission Calls for Prosecution to Probe Mercator Sale

Ljubljana, 11 December - The parliamentary Commission for Oversight of Public Finances has called on the prosecution to launch an investigation into the sale of around 30% in retailer Mercator by the state-run funds KAD and SOD in mid-2005, for fear of wrongdoing and mismanagement.
