Croatia Needs Lesson in European Communication, Paper Says

Ljubljana, 13 December - The Croatian political leaders need a lesson in European communication, daily Delo says on Thursday as it comments on the country's insistence to enforce an ecological and fisheries zone despite agreeing in 2004 not to do so for EU members.
