Development Officials Agree Aid Should Not Be Charity
Bohinj, 14 December - Development aid should not be charity for poor countries but a partnership between countries, agreed the participants in a working meeting of officials from 12 EU newcomers responsible for development cooperation, who met in Bohinj on Friday.
