Vecer Comments on Kucan's Announced Comeback

Maribor, 18 December - Slovenia will this week get a new president, while the first president, Milan Kucan, is to hand over the post of the former president to Janez Drnovsek, daily Vecer says on Tuesday, believing that Kucan will be anything but an ordinary citizen considered he recently hinted he might make a comeback.
