Istrabenz Expands IT Division with EUR 20m Acquisition

Koper, 18 December - Istrabenz, the Koper-based food-to-energy conglomerate, will expand its IT portfolio with the acquisition of the company Simt, according to a binding agreement that sees the EUR 19.6m deal finalised in April 2006.
