First Serbian Ambassador to Assume Office in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 18 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel on Tuesday accepted a copy of credentials from the first Serbian Ambassador to Slovenia Predrag Filipov. Rupel welcomed Serbia's decision to appoint its first ambassador to Slovenia after Montenegro became independent. The pair discussed bilateral relations and Serbia's progress towards the EU, according to the Foreign Ministry.
