Delo Believes France Might Steal Limelight from Slovenia

Ljubljana, 18 December - The daily Delo believes that France taking over the EU presidency after Slovenia might not bode well, as there are ample cases in the colourful history of presidencies when presiding countries have even tactically delayed resolution of difficult issues until they passed the baton onto a stronger presiding country.
