Constitutional Court Marks Constitution Day
Ljubljana, 20 December - The Constitutional Court marked on Thursday Constitution Day (23 December), three days before the 16th anniversary of the document. At the ceremony in Ljubljana, the former president of the European Court of Human Rights, Luzius Widhaber, addressed a number of senior Slovenian officials.
