National Council Vetoes Patients' Rights Bill

Ljubljana, 24 December - The National Council vetoed the embattled bill on patients' rights at an extraordinary session on Monday. While some councillors labelled the bill as a step forward, the majority said it needed improving, sending it for a re-vote to the National Assembly.
