Ljubljana, 8 January - The contentious sale of the state-held stake in Slovenia's No. 1 retailer Mercator in 2005 is set for another twist, as a lawsuit filed by former Mercator CEO Zoran Jankovic against the buyers, brewer Pivovarna Lasko and holding Istrabenz, is to be heard at the Koper District Court on Wednesday.
