US Official: Serbia Lost Kosovo in 1999

Ljubljana, 12 January - Daniel Fried, Assistant US Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs, told Saturday's edition of daily Dnevnik that Serbia had lost the chance to keep Kosovo back in the late 1990s, referring to attrocities committed by Milosevic's regime.
